Rosspetsmash Association admission procedure

Step 1

Submit the following documents to the Association *:  

Application for admission to Rosspetsmash Association’s members and associated organizations (Download)

Rosspetsmash Association Member Form (Download);

Notarized copies of constituent documents (Articles of Association, Memorandum of Association, Certificate of Registration, Certificate of Entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on a legal entity).

An Extract certified by the Organization from the Minutes of the Meeting of the Organization’s management body authorized to make decisions on the organization’s joining the Rosspetsmash Association as a member (for a JSC - General Meeting of Shareholders).

A document confirming the authority of the head of the organization who signed the application.

A copy of the payment order for payment of the membership fee.

Step 2

After the submission of all the documents listed above, your application will be considered at the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Rosspetsmash Association in the presence of your company’s first person.

* The listed documents shall be submitted to the Rosspetsmash Association by your organization in accordance with the Association's Articles of Association and the requirements of Russian legislation.
