Russia increased exports of agricultural machinery in 2022 by 30%

 Exports of agricultural machinery and equipment for agriculture from the Russian Federation for the 1st quarter of 2022 increased by 30% compared to the same period in 2021 and amounted to 5.1 billion rubles.

 

Russian agricultural machinery was bought by farmers from 22 countries in January-March 2022. The main foreign markets were the CIS countries and the European Union, Egypt, Mongolia.

In quantitative terms, the supply of forage harvesters increased by 2.9 times, grain harvesters – by 2.7 times, mowers – by 90%, fertilizer machines – by 62%, sprayers – by 54%, harvesters – by 42%.

In the first quarter of 2022, shipments to Hungary in monetary terms increased by 3.6 times, to Egypt – by 3.2 times, to Poland – by 2.9 times, to Moldova – by 2.3 times, to Uzbekistan – by 87%, to Mongolia – by 81%, to Azerbaijan – by 65%, to Kazakhstan – by 16%, to Bulgaria – by 16%.
