Shipments of Russian semi-trailers in the first two months of this year decreased by 45% compared to the same period in 2024, amounting to 1.98 thousand units.
Shipments of Russian grain trailer semi-trailers in January-February 2025 fell by 86.8%, curtain-sided semi-trailers by 79%, container carrier semi-trailers by 62%, insulated semi-trailers by 43.1%, bitumen tanker semi-trailers by 33.4%, non-tented semi-trailers by 32.5%, low-loader trailers by 29.7%, fuel tanker semi-trailers by 28.6%, and dump truck semi-trailers by 18%.
In February 2025, shipments of domestic semi-trailers totaled 1.07 thousand units, down 46.3% compared to February 2024.
The Russian domestic semi-trailer market in the first two months of 2025 declined by 49% in units compared to January-February 2024, reaching 3.7 thousand units. The share of domestic manufacturers stood at 79%.
