Domestic shipments of Russian-built construction and road machinery fell 36.6% year-on-year to RUB 11.94 billion in Q1 2025. In March 2025 alone, deliveries declined 42% to RUB 3.98 billion compared to March 2024.

Shipments of truck-mounted cranes decreased by 47%, pipe-layers by 80%, telescopic handlers by 95%, wheel loaders by 33%, motor graders by 54%, crawler dozers by 26%, backhoe loaders by 25%, and road rollers by 77%. Growth segments included excavators (+39%), loader cranes (+7%), and compact loaders (+1%).

Inventories at dealers and factories have risen since 2024 due to declining demand, resulting in reduced order intake.
